Happy Easter weekend friends! I have so much to share but first I want to share this sweet Easter table with you. I’d put these jars together for some lovely ladies who were hosting a workshop I was attending and they inspired me to add a little extra to my table.

I wanted to keep everything light and informal but still special. A favourite tablecloth, twine wrapped jars of forget-me-nots, a few candlesticks and ‘best’ vintage glasses pulled out from the cupboard make an ordinary table a special one. I alternated the flowers with candles along the centre of the table and then added some bowl plates – these were a West Elm bargain a few years ago. If you need some nice everyday plates they always seem to have a great selection. I finished the plates with linen napkins, also a West Elm bargain. I love a proper napkin and its worth getting a set together for the days you want to set the table. As fourteen is usually the maximum number of people at my table I have one set that covers everyone – I always get mine in the sale section!

As a final touch I added some fresh eggs, it is Easter after all.

Have a great weekend everyone and don’t forget I have fresh flowers available for all your celebrations – just message! xx
